Sunlight Booster Pumping Station — Site Selection and Engineering Design Service
The Sunlight Subdivision and adjacent West Steamboat service area are approaching the limits of existing pressure and fire-flow capacity as demand grows. A new BPS is required to establish a resilient, independently pressurized zone capable of meeting current and projected demands, including fire suppression requirements under the applicable fire code and Insurance Services Office (ISO) criteria. Proposals must be submitted via electronic submission on BidNet (https://www.bidnetdirect.com /colorado/cityofsteamboatsprings) no later than September 23, 2026 at 5 PM MDT as specified on the solicitation notice. Time is local time in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Late proposals will not be accepted.
