Montrose County is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of the B-117 Spring Creek Road Bridge over the Montrose & Delta (M&D) Canal (County Project No. R2301), located approximately 5.5 miles west of Montrose, Colorado. The work includes removal of the existing bridge and construction of a new pre-stressed concrete slab bridge on concrete spread footings and abutments, roadway realignment and widening on each approach, drainage, riprap scour protection, a cased domestic waterline crossing, traffic control, and all appurtenant work.
