Jurassic Lot Improvements General Statement of Work The Red Rocks Amphitheatre Jurassic Lot Improvements project consists of all site-enabling and horizontal infrastructure work necessary to prepare the site for future development and operational use. The work generally includes demolition and site preparation; mass earthwork, grading, and erosion control; construction of storm drainage infrastructure, culverts, drainage conveyance systems, and associated appurtenances; installation and extension of electrical distribution systems, site power, lighting infrastructure, and related utility improvements; roadway and parking area subgrade preparation; and all associated utility coordination, traffic control, and restoration required to establish a fully functional site platform. The intent of this phase is to deliver the complete civil, grading, stormwater, and electrical backbone infrastructure required to support future improvements while maintaining site access and operational considerations. Hardscape improvements, including but not limited to curb and gutter, site concrete, decorative concrete paving, and asphalt paving , shall be excluded from the Base Bid and carried separately by all bidders as identified Add Alternates for potential inclusion at the Owner’s discretion following bid evaluation. Additional work will be required around landscaping, site furnishings, and preparation for a future Restroom Building.
