2026 WMD Pipe and Manhole Rehabilitation, Phase 2

This project will rehabilitate deteriorating sanitary pipes and manholes using trenchless methods. Manholes will receive approved linings, and pipes will be renewed with CIPP, which installs a cured liner inside existing pipes. Minor excavation may be needed for bypasses or large pipe access. No new infrastructure or significant disturbance will occur.
